Honestly I am just experimenting. In the conventional frame the subjects including pigeon were hardly visible, so i made it square. Have the other version.

I like it... and appreciate the effort you put in for me, if you want the image to appear less square you can halve the boat on the right... also let me warn you before hand, not all of my critiques work .... sometimes the pic is better as is... I still do so, so that someone will do it back for my pics... Rishi
